Saunders Email & RIT Email Addresses
Your RIT email address is your username followed by @rit.edu (abcbbu@rit.edu).
For accessing Google Resources, you’ll need to use your username followed by @g.rit.edu to login (abcbbu@g.rit.edu).
Your Saunders email address is typically your first initial followed by last name and then @saunders.rit.edu (jdoe@saunders.rit.edu).

Email Signatures
Per the University Signature Standard, all email communications that support academic or business functions must contain specific information in the email signature. RIT provides an email signature tool that will assist you with creating a university approved signature at https://www.rit.edu/marketing/brandportal/toolkits/email-signature. This will also include instructions on how to setup your signature in Outlook.
