Overflow Monitors

There are two overflow monitors located in the storage along the east wall of LOW-4050. Here’s the process to use those monitors if needed:

• Make sure the podium and projectors are turned OFF.
• Plug the monitor into the power and network.
• Wait 5 minutes for the networking gear on the overflow monitors to boot.
  • If you do not wait the 5 minutes, the system may not work properly
• After 5 minutes, power up the podium like normal. The overflow monitors will mirror the right projector only/
