Overview

If you want to force your computer to check for the latest updates directly from Microsoft instead of Saunders Technical Support, here are the instruction on how to do this. In some cases, the updates from Microsoft may fix functionality issues

Find Settings in your Start menu 

Click on Windows Update along the left. 

Click on the down arrow next to Install all or Check for updates 

Select Check online for updates from Microsoft Update 

This should scan for updates from Microsoft and install them.
